Our very first step is to explore all aspects of your needs through an in-home or virtual consultation. We take a deep dive into what your scope of work is, how you use your current space and what your needs are for your future space. We talk about budgets and set realistic goals for the project.

Once we have nailed down your scope of work we move into design development. Whether you have an architect or need help finding one, we begin to put the puzzle pieces together on floor plans and design ideas. Through the use of 3D renderings and idea boards we will create a design that targets your pain points and offers solutions for you and your family.

Once we have presented the design we make any changes based on your feedback. Then we put together a design spec book that will walk your builder through all aspects of the design. This design book serves as the bible for your project and ensures that your dreams come into fruition exactly as you imagined.

Our job doesn’t end with the spec book! Once all designs have been approved and the design spec book has been handed to the builder we will begin the design management process. We are on site for cabinet meets, electrical walk throughs - you name it! The building process can be messy and unpredictable but we want to make sure that the process can go as smoothly as possible for you and your family.

While not all projects call for furniture and accessories we love when they do! After design management we work closely with you to select and purchase the perfect furniture items that will truly bring your home to life. Through a series of meetings we create furniture layouts and select all furniture pieces for you and your family.
